The fix was not a complete solution to the problem, we are back to investigating the degraded privnets API. Existing privnet connectivity and traffic is not affected - only network API events.

We implemented a potential fix for the degraded performance in GV-2 and are now monitoring the situation.

In some cases, updates to private network in GVA-2 can take longer than expected. We are investigating the root cause.
